LOVE THIS. Democrats are showing up at Republican Town Halls! Democratic legislators taking town halls for cowardly GOP members. “Hey, listen, I have a question for you,” he said. “I’m Representative Sean Patrick Maloney. Where the heck is your congressman?”

Despite Trump’s attempt to end the investigation into his ties with Russia, the Senate Intelligence Committee invited Comey to testify next week and subpoenaed Michael Flynn. (Federal prosecutors also issued subpoenas to Flynn’s associates.) Meanwhile, Democrats slowed Senate activity to demand the appointment of a special prosecutor, and the media called out Trump’s “grotesque abuse of power.” A handful of Republicans also expressed concern. Interrogate Attorney General Sessions and Deputy Rosenstein. How long has this been going on?

The American people need to keep the pressure on!

The Senate needs to interrogate Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein over Trump’s decision to fire Mr. Comey. How long have there been plans to fire Comey? What part did previously recused Sessions play? Did the decision to fire Comey come from Trump or the Justice Department? We need answers.

The Senate Intelligence Committee is stalling on investigating the Trump campaign’s ties to Russia, the House Intelligence Committee has imploded, and the White House is stonewalling requests for information about Mike Flynn. An independent non-partisan prosecutor and commission is long overdue, and Senator Harris is not yet on board.

Note: Feinstein/Brownley should be thanked and nudged, and Harris should be nudged.
