If this isn’t done by Sept. 15th, and signed by Governor Brown by Oct. 15th, it will be  held over until the next year!

Vote NO on Jeffrey Bossert Clark for Top Environmental Prosecutor
Script: I am calling Senator [Feinstein/Harris] to ask her to vote NO on Jeffrey Bossert Clark for Assistant Attorney General for the DOJ Environmental and Natural Resources Division.

Additional Script if you want: Clark is a climate change denier whose opposition to environmental regulations and protections makes him unsuitable for the role of enforcing America’s environmental laws.

If you can’t be in Sacramento standing beside us, flood their phone lines!

Script for Gov. Brown: My name is ___ and I’m calling to ask Governor Brown to support a strong California Values Act, SB 54, in its most visionary form. We cannot use California’s resources to help the Trump administration deport our comunity members.
Call: 916-445-2841

Script for your Assemblymember: “Hi, I’m calling from [zip code] and I would like to  ask Assemblymember [___]  to support a strong SB 54, the California Values Act, in its most visionary form. Protect Unions: Preserve Collective Bargaining Rights

Minimal Script: I am calling Rep. [Brownley/Carbajal] to vote NO on H.R. 2723 and H.R. 2776.

More script if you want it: These deceptively named anti-union measures threaten collective bargaining rights. The “Employee Rights Act” (H.R. 2723) permits employers to count non-voters as “NO” votes in elections on union formation. The Workforce Democracy and Fairness Act (H.R. 2776) permits delays to elections that allow employers time to fill the voter rolls with anti-unionists.

Call Rep. Julia Brownley: (CA-26): DC (202) 225-5811, Oxnard (805) 379-1779, T.O. (805) 379-1779

OR Rep. Salud Carbajal: (CA-24): DC (202) 225-3601, SB (805) 730-1710 SLO (805) 546-8348
