Reps. Andy Biggs, Paul Gosar, & Mo Brooks helped set the stage for tragedy. Make ’em resign before they are arrested.
Extreme right-wing activist Ali Alexander, originator of the fraudulent “Stop the Steal” movement, reported that he had able assistance from Reps. Andy Biggs (R-AZ-5), Paul Gosar (R-AZ-5), and Mo Brooks (R-AL-5) in planning the January 6th event in DC. “We four schemed up of putting maximum pressure on Congress while they were voting,” Alexander said in a since-deleted video. The plan, he said, was to “change the hearts and the minds of Republicans who were in that body, hearing our loud roar from outside.” Whether the legislators knew that the crowd, riled up by speeches by Trump and others, was going to breach the Capitol and kill people is immaterial. The intent of their event was to scare legislators into changing their vote – overthrowing an election and a democracy for fear for their lives. Not only is that sedition, but with deaths involved, each of these men should face criminal charges of, at minimum, involuntary manslaughter.
Action #1 – Email Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi
Minimal script for Pelosi: I’m contacting you because I would like you to do the following actions:
- Expel Reps. Andy Biggs, Paul Gosar, and Mo Brooks for their role in organizing a seditious “Stop the Steal” coup attempt for the purpose of terrifying legislators into overthrowing democracy and that resulted in the loss of human life.
- Investigate and remove for cause any members who aided the rioters, either by communicating with them, giving them “reconnaissance” tours in the Capitol the day before, or ripping the panic buttons out of Rep. Ayanna Presley’s office before the insurrection started. Seriously!
- Immediately expel any members who, in this time of national emergency at the Capitol, refuse basic safety practices like metal detectors and masks. No amount of fines can replace a life. If our nation’s school children can manage both of these inconveniences, so can they.

Action #2 – Sign the petition – “Hold Them Accountable“
Republican members of Congress who incited this domestic terror attack through their attempts to overturn the election must face consequences. They have broken their sacred Oath of Office.

Action #3 – For those working on our disbarment action for malevolent lawyer/legislators…
We have a previous action here to disbar lawyer/legislators who’ve burned through their oaths both to their state laws and ethics codes and to the Constitution. To help us help them remove all those dull responsibilities of being a licensed professional lawyer, we’ve created model letters you can copy and paste and send to their licensing agencies.
Both Rep. Mo Brooks (AL-5) and Rep. Andy Biggs (AZ-5) are already on our list of lawyer/legislators to be disbarred. Somehow, we missed coordinating a coup with a grifter for the express purpose of scaring fellow legislators into overthrowing democracy of our list. (We’ll get right on that.)

Action #5: Remove the whole eco-system of sedition.
- Action #1: Expel the lot of them for sedition. Seriously.
- Action #2: Cut the lawyers out of the herd. Disbar the lawyer/legislators (Cruz, Hawley, Brooks, etc.) who amplify Trump’s lies.
- Action #3: “YES” on the COUP Act to create a 9/11-commission to investigate the terrorist attack on the Capitol, including white supremacist ties to Capitol police. And legislators.
