I’m calling to urge Senator (Feinstein and Harris) to vote no on HR 3697, which will grant broad powers to the Department of Homeland Security to designate and deport immigrant youth as gang-affiliated, with little judicial review or due process. This expansion of DHS power will promote racial profiling and infringe on basic, guaranteed Constitutional protections.
