Sorry, Mr. Trump. California’s taking back our internet.

California Broadband Internet Privacy Act (AB 375) would prohibit an Internet service provider from using, disclosing, selling, or permitting access to customer personal information without prior consent. This bill restores privacy protections for California residents stripped away by Trump and the GOP earlier this year with the passage of S.J.Res. 34.

Script: I’m calling to tell Senator/Assemblymember [___] to vote “YES” for AB 375. We want our privacy protections back.

Senator Hannah-Beth Jackson: SAC (916) 651-4019, SB (805) 965-0862, OX (805)988-1940

Assemblymember Monique Limón: (CA-37): SAC (916) 319-2037, SB (805) 564-1649, VTA (805) 641-3700
