The U.S. government can search and seize any digital devices that you carry over the border, without any cause for suspicion, and without a warrant. They can demand your passwords, read your email, your Facebook feed, and open any banking apps that you have installed. Over the past year, these searches have more than doubled. This is a blatant invasion of privacy.
