Peeing in public and that Romeo/Juliet romance of your past could have put you on the sex offender registry in CA forever!

CA is one of 4 states (Florida, South Carolina & Alabama) that never lets anyone off the list for a “sex offense”, no matter how minor.

CA’s list is so long, filled with outdoor urinators and Romeo/Juliets, that it’s no longer functional for law enforcement trying to spot violent sex offenders.

Being on the list completely destroys lives, preventing people who would never re-offend from finding housing or employment. Forever. This bill has bi-partisan support as well as support from the ACLU to California Police Chiefs Association.
