Care for Children Left Behind

Friends of Fieldworkers is trying to gather resources and information to help care for children that have been separated from their parents due to the recent Ice Raids in Ventura County and surrounding areas. If you are a licensed childcare or foster care provider and would like to help with the care of these children. Please provide the requested information. We will contact you as requests are presented. If children are left with no one to care for them the Child Abuse and Neglect Hotline can be called at (805) 654-3200. Children and Family Services will try to place the children with friends or family and if none are available then, local licensed childcare providers and foster care parents can be asked to step in to help.
