After the client’s paperwork is done…what next?
It’s very important that clients submit full and correct applications and that everything is in the right order..
Sometimes, with three separate application forms, addenda pages, special forms like the G-1145, and required copies of work permits and other documents, it’s hard to keep track of whether or not a client ends up with two complete copies of all the material they need to submit.
So we’ve created a worksheet (below) to help us double-check that the application ends up with the correct number of pages and goes into the mailer stacked in the correct order and the client gets any additional assistance they may require. Every volunteer team gets a copy of this when they sit down with an applicant.
